Embodied Voice: Yoga, Breathwork & Singing in the Historic Rapp Saloon 🧘🎶

Embodied Voice is a community wellness session that weaves together yoga, breathwork, and singing into a single immersive experience. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a shower singer, or someone who has never tried breathwork before, this session is designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply restorative. No experience necessary — just an open mind and a willingness to show up.

The session will be held in the historic Rapp Saloon, the oldest building in Santa Monica. It's the perfect setting for a morning of community, creativity, and connection.

This is a FREE community event open to both hostel guests and the wider Santa Monica community.
