Description
What better way to spend a morning in Santa Monica than reconnecting to your mind and body at an instructor-led yoga class? Santa Monica has one of the best yoga communities in the country. This is a city where world-class instructors are drawn to the culture, the weather, and people that take wellness seriously.
Experience this firsthand in the historic Rapp Saloon — the oldest building in Santa Monica — at our weekly Hatha yoga class led by certified instructor John Stobart. This is a 1-hour asana practice where we will journey through a sequence of postures that reduce tightness, increase flexibility, and quiet the mind in a supportive, welcoming environment. Expect music that will both relax and energize you!
And did we mention it's completely FREE?
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or never set foot on a mat, John’s thoughtful guidance and inclusive teaching style make this a class worth showing up for. Mats, blocks, and blankets are all provided.
