River Boat Cruise - Sightseeing tour on the Charles on Thursday

Transit Cards and Transit Tickets for the tour are available at the front desk. 
Please purchase your ticket at the front desk before meeting for your tour.
Your transit ticket will cost $2.40 one way or $4.80 round trip.

About the Tour:
Join us and our friends at Charles River Boat Cruises for a 70 minute narrated sightseeing cruise up the Charles River!
The Charles River is seen as one of the most important waterways in Boston's history. It was the freshwater source for many of the early settlers. 
It was the way their mills were powered. It became a vital access point for communities up river. It was the staging point for the British as they marched (to their defeat) at the Battle of Lexington and Concord!
Length of Tour: .5mi , .8km walking -  4+ miles on the Boat

We'll be walking to the subway, and taking the Green Line to Lechmere Station, where we'll walk to the Boat Launch!
There will be restroom breaks before and after the boat ride, and a restroom on board. Snacks will be available for purchase on site.
The tour begins at the lobby of the hostel and will end when you disembark from the boat!
Sometimes, a guide will be available to bring you back to the hostel. 

What to Bring:
This tour is available in limited supply! Once we run out of tickets, we can't accommodate more guests!
REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Your registration IS your ticket to the boat! 
You should bring money or a ticket for the subway - (2.40 one way, 4.80 round trip) for the Subway. Tickets can be purchased at the front desk.  TALK TO FRONT DESK ABOUT MBTA TICKETS 
Dress appropriately for the weather. 
Please bring your US ID or International Passport if you intend to have any alcohol on board the boat. 
Bar is available for guests 21+ and up with appropriate ID. 

About Your Tour Guide:
On Board: - Your tour guide on board will also be your bartender! Please feel free to ask them questions about the tour or their favorite drinks to make! 
On the Way- Your tour guide will either be Tommy, the Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator, or one of our many volunteers! They will bring you from the Hostel to the Boat Launch outside the Galleria!
